Patient communication
Every patient conversation, in one place.
WhatsApp, SMS and email in a shared team inbox, with automated confirmations and reminders — so patients get timely answers and your team keeps the full context.
Hello Layla, your appointment is confirmed for Tuesday at 10:30 AM with Dr. A. Example.
Reply 1 to confirm or 2 to reschedule.
09:41One conversation history per patient
When messages are spread across personal phones, a reception mobile and a shared mailbox, context gets lost. Clinicoflow brings every channel into one inbox, so any authorised team member can pick up the conversation where it left off.

Integration considerations
- WhatsApp requires an approved WhatsApp Business account and approved message templates. Outbound messages require patient opt-in.
- SMS sender IDs may need registration with local operators, depending on the country.
- Clinical information should not be exchanged over messaging channels; Clinicoflow is designed for nonclinical communication.
Questions about this product
Can we use our existing WhatsApp number?
Often, yes — a number can usually be migrated to the WhatsApp Business Platform. It cannot be used with the regular WhatsApp app at the same time. We review your situation before migration.
Can several staff members reply from the same number?
Yes. That is the purpose of the shared inbox: multiple authorised users, one patient-facing number.
Can patients opt out?
Yes. Opt-out requests are recorded and respected across automated workflows.
