Scope of this policy
This policy covers our website and the enquiries, demo bookings and other communications you send us through it.
It does not cover information that healthcare organisations process using the Clinicoflow platform, such as their patients’ contact and appointment details. That information is processed on behalf of our customers under our customer agreements, and each customer is responsible for informing its own patients.
Information we collect
Information you give us: when you complete a form or book a demo, we collect the details you enter, such as your name, email address, phone number, organisation name, organisation type, country, number of locations or providers, your existing website or systems, your areas of interest and your message.
Information from your messages: if you email us or reply to our emails, we receive the content of that correspondence.
Technical information: like most websites, our servers automatically record technical details of each request, such as your IP address, browser type, the page requested and the time of the request.
Our forms are designed for business enquiries only. Please do not submit patient information, health information or other sensitive personal data through this website.
Cookies and similar technologies
We use a small number of technologies that are necessary for the website to work, such as a cookie that remembers the language you selected.
We use Google Analytics, provided by Google, to understand how visitors use the website, for example which pages are viewed and how visitors arrive. Analytics cookies are set when you visit, and we have configured Google Analytics without advertising or personalisation features.

Server logs containing technical information are deleted automatically, normally within 14 days.
If you become a customer, information related to your contract is kept for as long as needed to perform it and to meet our legal and accounting obligations.
Security
We protect information with appropriate technical and organisational measures. Our website is served only over encrypted connections (HTTPS), form submissions are validated on our servers, and access to enquiry data is limited to people who need it. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
